      研究了棕榈油脱臭馏出物甲酯化反应的最佳条件,以利于后续提取天然VE。通过单因素试验考察醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间及反应温度对甲酯化反应的影响,并采用正交试验对反应条件进行优化。结果表明,棕榈油脱臭馏出物甲酯化反应最佳工艺条件为:醇油摩尔比7.5∶1,催化剂用量1.5%,反应温度70℃,反应时间45 min。在最佳工艺条件下,棕榈油脱臭馏出物甲酯化率达到96.7%。真空蒸馏后,棕榈油脱臭馏出物甲酯化产物中天然VE含量从1.26%提高到8.20%。

      The optimal reaction conditions of methyl esterification of palm oil deodorizer distillate were studied so as to extract the natural vitamin E. The effects of molar ratio of methanol to oil, dosage of catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction time on the methyl esterification were investigated by single factor experiment and the reaction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal methyl esterification conditions of palm oil deodorizer distillate were obtained as follows: molar ratio of methanol to oil 7.5∶1, dosage of catalyst 1.5%, reaction temperature 70℃ and reaction time 45 min. Under these conditions, the methyl esterification rate of palm oil deodorizer distillate could reach 96.7%. The content of natural vitamin E in the methyl esterified product of palm oil deodorizer distillate increased from 1.26% to 8.20% after vacuum distillation.
