Using switchable polarity solvents to extract oil can reduce environmental pollution and separation energy. N, N-dimethyl cyclohexylamine (DMCHA), as a typical switchable solvent, was used to extract Jatropha curcasL. seed oil. The gas chromatography analysis method for analyzing the residual solvent in Jatropha curcas L. seed oil was established. The DMCHA content was determined by Agilent GC7890 gas chromatography equipped with a flame ionization detector and a capillary column DB-5HT. The results showed that the residual DMCHA in Jatropha curcasL. seed oil could be well separated from the oil and the analysis time was 14.3 min. The DMCHA content had good linear relationship with its peak area in the range of 0.4-2.0 g/L(R2=0.993). The relative standard deviation in the precision experiment and the recovery of standard addition were 3.87% and 99.18%-104.02%,respectively. This method could be used to rapidly and accurately determine the residual solvent in Jatropha curcas L. seed oil extracted by DMCHA. |
