A typical process of biodiesel production was introduced, which was hydrolysis and immobilized bed acidification method. Hydrolysis and immobilized bed acidification method included the workshop sections of oil melt, pretreatment, degumming, bleaching, continuous hydrolysis, fatty acid distillation, sweet water concentration, esterification, methanol recovery, methyl ester deacidification and preparation of sterol. The method had the items of wide adaptability of raw materials, stable product quality, product yield above 92%, less emissions of waste water and waste gas, simultaneous productions of fatty acid and high value-added products. The comprehensive energy consumption of the method was relatively higher, but the integrated product costs significantly decreased if considering high value-added products. |
