Abstract: |
The effects of different concentrations of carbon and nitrogen sources and culture temperature on DHA production by Schizochytrium sp. were studied. The biomass of Schizochytriumsp.was determined by dry weight method, the oil was extracted by solvent method, and the content of DHA in the Schizochytrium sp.oil was analyzed by GC. The results showed that the optimal mass concentrations of initial glucose and nitrogen source were 80 g/L and 15 g/L,respectively; when the strain was first cultured at 26℃ for 48 h,then cultured at 22℃ for 120 h,the content and yield of DHA in the Schizochytrium sp.oil were 43.62% and 5.23 g/L,respectively;the 50 L pilot-scale fermentation experiment (first culturing at 26℃ for 48 h,then culturing at 22℃ for 96 h) was conducted under the optimal conditions, and the yields of Schizochytrium sp.oil and DHA reached 14.8 g/L and 6.5 g/L respectively. In summary,Schizochytrium |
