Abstract: |
Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil and protein were simultaneously extracted by aqueous enzymatic method. With yields of oil and protein as indexes, six factors (types of enzyme, enzymolysis pH,enzymolysis temperature, ratio of solid to liquid, enzymolysis time and enzyme dosage) were studied by single factor experiment, and the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment as follows:ratio of pectinase to cellulose 2∶?1,enzymolysis pH 5,enzymolysis temperature 50?℃,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶?5,enzymolysis time 4 h and enzyme dosage 1 500 U/g.Under the optimal conditions, the yields of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil and protein reached 35.41% and 14.43%,respectively.Fatty acid composition analysis results indicated that Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil contained 4.60% of palmitic acid,2.12% of stearic acid,31.28% of oleic acid,40.86% of linoleic acid and 8.88% of erucic acid.Amino acid analysis results showed that Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge protein had complete amino acid composition,in which the content of glutamic acid was the highest (18.86% of total amino acids),followed by serine(8.01% of total amino acids) and glycine (7.16% of total amino acids). The total content of essential amino acids reached 7.91 mg/100 mg,accounting for 24.10% of total amino acids. |
