| The conception of oil-tea camellia seed cosmetics base oil was introduced，and the effects of degumming process on the micronutrients，phosphorus content，color，acid value，peroxide value and yield of oil-tea camellia seed cosmetics base oil were studied.Through studies on degumming process，degumming and bleaching verification experiments，the suitable degumming process of oil-tea camellia seed cosmetics base oil was obtained as follows：mass fraction of citric acid 48%-52%，dosage of citric acid 0.28%-0.32%，degumming time 150-180 min and degumming temperature 55-60?℃.Under these conditions，the contents of total phenols，vitamin E，squalene and sterol in degummed oil-tea camellia seed cosmetics oil were higher，while the contents of phosphorus，acid value and peroxide value were lower，the color was better and the yield was higher. |
