Abstract:
      Fatty acid prepared by hydrolysis of refined 24℃ palm oil was separated and purified by solvent crystallization and urea adduction to prepare high purity oleic acid. Through the optimization of experiment conditions,the optimal solvent crystallization conditions were obtained as follows:mass ratio of absolute ethanol to mixed fatty acid 2∶1,crystallization temperature -10℃ and crystallization time 10 h. And the optimal urea [HJ1.9mm]adduction conditions were obtained as follows:mass ratio of unsaturated fatty acid product to urea to absolute ethanol 1∶2∶10,adduction temperature 10℃ and adduction time 6 h. Under the optimal conditions,high purity oleic acid product was obtained,and the purity and yield of oleic acid product were 87.56% and 38.65%,respectively.
