      以菜籽油和甲醇为原料,采用碱催化酯交换法制备生物柴油,考察了市场上常见的9种柴油降凝剂对菜籽油生物柴油低温流动性能的影响,并且引入数据包络分析(DEA)评价方法,探索一种经济适用的降凝剂选择方法。结果表明:将菜籽油制备成生物柴油后,其冷滤点和运动黏度降低;市售的2号(力魔)、5号(安捷迅)、6号(尼德尔)、7号(艾纳)品牌柴油降凝剂都能较好地降低菜籽油生物柴油的凝点;从经济性考虑,6号降凝剂效果最好,成本最低。选取合适的柴油降凝剂能有效地改善生物柴油的低温流动性能,也为生物柴油特殊降凝剂的研究提供依据。

      Biodiesel was prepared from rapeseed oil and methanol by alkali catalyzed transesterification method,and the effects of nine kinds of diesel pour point depressants on sale on low-temperature fluidity property of rapeseed oil biodiesel were studied. A selection method for economically applicable pour point depressant was explored by data envelopment analysis(DEA) evaluation method. The results showed that the viscosity and cold filter point of rapeseed oil decreased after being transformed to biodiesel. The freezing point of rapeseed oil biodiesel could be effectively decreased by No.2 (Moly),No.5 (Anjiexun),No.6 (Needle) and No.7 (Iiena) brand diesel pour point depressants on sale. In terms of economy,No.6 pour point depressant had the best effect and the lowest cost. Selecting appropriate diesel pour point depressant could not only effectively improve the low-temperature fluidity property of biodiesel,but also provide basic reference for research on special biodiesel pour point depressant.
