Abstract: |
The way and regularity of the generation of acrolein degraded by glycerol and fatty acids at high temperature were studied. The results showed that the average generation quantities of acrolein from glycerol, palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid and linoleic acid were 106.95,551.33,263.23,34 79596,24 395.15 μg/kg respectively. The acrolein formed by oil pyrolysis mainly came from the decomposition of fatty acids instead of glycerol. Unsaturated fatty acids were easier to generate acrolein than saturated fatty acids. The acrolein generated from glycerol was mostly on the basis of dehydration. Saturated fatty acids’ long carbon chain broke at high temperature to form acrolein, while unsaturated fatty acids generated allyl radicals through oxidation and hydrogen abstraction reaction, which could further break into acrolein. |
