Abstract: |
The effects of silica gel column chromatography,hexane-ethyl ether mixed solution elution alumina column chromatography, petroleum ether elution alumina column chromatography and solvent extraction on determination of benzo(a)pyrene content in vegetable oil were compared to select the best pretreatment method. The results showed that when the mass concentration of benzo(a)pyrene was below 7.575 0 ng/mL,the recovery rates of silica gel column chromatography and hexane-ethyl ether mixed solution elution alumina column chromatography reached 100% and above 90% respectively, and the RSDs of both methods were below 1.0%,which indicated that the two pretreatment methods had high and stable recovery rates, and the content of benzo(a)pyrene in vegetable oil could be accurately detected. While the recovery rates and RSDs of petroleum ether elution alumina column chromatography and solvent extraction were 54.9%-66.4%,37.3%-44.7% and 0.19%-0.77%,1.35%-3.48% respectively, which indicated a great error in determination of benzo(a)pyrene content in vegetable oil by the two methods. |
