Abstract:
      With peroxide value as evaluation index,the antioxidation effects of Corydalis taliensis Fr. extracts extracted with different solvents by ultrasound method and reflux method on peanut salad oil were studied by Schaal oven-storage test. The results indicated that the water extract,75% ethanol extract,ethyl acetate extract and petroleum ether extract of Corydalis taliensis Fr. extracted by ultrasound method all had certain antioxidation effects on peanut salad oil,better than extracts extracted by reflux method. 75% ethanol extracts obtained by the two extraction methods both had the best antioxidation effect on peanut salad oil,besides,the antioxidation effect improved when 75% ethanol extract was synergistic with VC and citric acid,in which VC had stronger synergistic effect than citric acid.
