Abstract: |
With Xanthoceras sorbifolia seed as raw material, the optimal process conditions of sugar effect-assisted aqueous extraction of Xanthoceras sorbifolia seed oil were investigated and the fatty acid composition and physicochemical properties of the oil were analyzed. With oil extraction rate as index, the effects of sucrose concentration, ratio of liquid to material, extraction temperature and extraction time were studied by single factor experiment, and the oil extraction process conditions were optimized by response surface central composite design experiment. The results showed that the optimal conditions of sugar effect-assisted aqueous extraction of Xanthoceras sorbifolia seed oil were obtained as follows:sucrose concentration 1.2 mol/L,ratio of liquid to material 5.4∶1, extraction temperature 64℃ and extraction time 210 min.Under these conditions, the oil extraction rate reached 70.9%.The Xanthoceras sorbifolia seed oil obtained was bright yellow and transparent. The content of unsaturated fatty acids was 92.86%,and its physicochemical indexes such as acid value and peroxide value met the requirement of GB 2716—2005. |
