      木瓜籽富含油脂，且其油中不饱和脂肪酸含量较高，可以作为药食两用的保健油源加以开发。综述了近年来国内外有关木瓜籽油的营养成分、理化性质、提取方法、精炼以及生理活性等的研究报道，以期为我国木瓜籽油的精深加工利用提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Papaya seed is rich in oil, and the unsaturated fatty acids content is high in papaya seed oil，which can be explored as a healthy oil source both for diet and medicine. Nutritional components, physicochemical properties, extraction technologies, refining and physiological activities of papaya seed oil at home and abroad were reviewed to provide reference for utilization and deep processing of papaya seed oil in China.
