Screening and remixing different enzymes were conducted to optimize the aqueous enzymatic extraction technique of perilla seed oil. With perilla seed as raw material, the enzyme which had larger influence on extraction rate of perilla seed oil was selected by single factor experiment, and the enzyme proportion was optimized by L9(33) orthogonal experiment. The results showed that cellulase, neutral protease and pectinase were main enzyme for perilla seed oil extraction, and the optimal enzyme proportion based on the mass of perilla seed oil was cellulase 5.5%, neutral protease 4.5% and pectinase 75%. Under the optimal condition of enzyme proportion, extraction rate of perilla seed oil could reach 29.96%. The result was helpful to provide theoretical and technical references for perilla seed oil extraction and perilla industralization. |
