Abstract:
      The two strains of Bacillus mojavensis and Bacillus vallismortis separated from cotton straw were used to decompose the free gossypol in cottonseed oil. The results showed that Bacillus mojavensis and Bacillus vallismortis had certain detoxification effects，and their detoxification rates were 22.1% and 222%，respectively.
