| Abstract: |
| The process of continuous extraction of tea saponin from oil-tea camellia seed meal was studied. The method of continuous extraction after oil-tea camellia seed meal granulation was proposed for the first time. Ethanol was used as extraction solvent and the production process of countercurrent continuous extraction in factories was simulated. Through single factor experiment of extraction time，extraction temperature and moisture content of material，and optimization of three-factor and three-level orthogonal experiment，the optimal continuous extraction conditions of tea saponin were obtained as follows：extraction temperature 65?℃，extraction time 120 min, moisture content of material 6.57%. Under these conditions，the residue of tea saponin was 1.79%. |
