Abstract: |
The extraction conditions of oil from Siraitia grosvenorii residue by supercritical CO2.were optimized by single factor experiment and response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of Siraitia grosvenorii residue oil by supercritical CO2 were obtained as follows:extraction pressure 26.5 MPa,extraction temperature 45?℃,extraction time 2.33 h,flow rate of CO2 20 L/h and separation kettle Ⅰ temperature 40?℃.Under the optimal conditions, the extraction rate was 6.68%.The composition of Siraitia grosvenorii residue oil was analyzed by GC-MS,and the results demonstrated that the content of linoleic acid (30.78%) in Siraitia grosvenorii residue oil was the highest, followed by squalene (16.81%),which showed a great development value. |
