Abstract: |
The compositions of fatty acid and triglycerides of 44 samples of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. oil from three producing areas were analyzed. Twelve kinds of fatty acids in Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. oil were identified, and the contents of linoleic acid(40.89%-43.20%), oleic acid(29.63%-3166%) and erucic acid(8.29%-8.45%) were higher. The content of unsaturated fatty acids in Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. oil was above 90%, and the ratio of monounsaturated fatty acid to polyunsaturated fatty acid was 1.08-1.20. 33 kinds of triglycerides in Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. oil were identified. The triglycerides were formed from palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, arachidic acid, arachidonic acid, docosanoic acid, erucic acid, lignoceric acid and nervonic acid. The content of triglyceride OLL (18.02%-20.15%) in Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. oil was the highest, followed by OOL(8.08%-8.42%) and LLAo(7.75%-8.20%). Meanwhile, the correlation analysis between the contents of fatty acid and triglyceride in Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. oil was carried on. The results could provide data support for the quality study and adulteration identification of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. oil. |
