Abstract:
      16 kinds of transgenic soybean strains of 45 batches of transgenic soybean from two main ports for importation transgenic soybean in Hebei province Qinhuangdao port and Jingtang port were screened by real-time fluorescence PCR method(RT-PCR). The results showed that GTS-40-3-2 strains, MON89788 strains, A2704-12 strains,MON87701 strains and MON87701 × MON89788 strains were detected in transgenic soybean,and the detected batches were 45,30,14,2 and 1 respectively, which accounted for 100%, 66.7%,31.1%,4.4% and 2.2% of all the samples, respectively; other transgenic soybean strains were not detected in all the 45 batches of transgenic soybean. The screening of transgenic soybean strains from the main importation ports in Hebei province provided data support for importation controls of transgenic soybean strains in China.
