Abstract:
      Acidification wastewater with high contents of oil and salt is produced after soapstock acidizing in oil processing plant. The contents of sulfuric acid root, oil and suspended matter in the wastewater are high, and it is difficult to meet the standard by air flotation and biochemical combination process. The property of soapstock acidification wastewater was introduced. The oil,soapstock and acidity sulfate in the wastewater were reused by ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis process, and there was no need for biochemical treatment. The effluent could meet the reclaimed water reuse standards of Code for designing of wastewater reclamation and reuse(GB/T 50335—2002).
