Rice bran protein was extracted using sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS)/isooctane-n-octanol assisted by ultrasound. The effects of ratio of material to liquid, mass concentration of SDS, water content(WO), ultrasonic power, forward extraction time, water pH and KCl concentration on the forward extraction rate of rice bran protein were investigated. The results showed that the optimal ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows: ratio of material to liquid 0.015∶?1, mass concentration of SDS 0.08 g/mL, water content(WO) 30, ultrasonic power 225 W, forward extraction time 40 min, water pH 7.5, KCl concentration 0.25 mol/L. Under these conditions, the forward extraction rate of rice bran protein was 86.96%, increasing by 17.14 percentage points than forward extraction rate of common oscillation extraction. |
