Abstract: |
With soybean powder phospholipid as raw material, a removal method of carbohydrates in single solvent system of ethanol solution was established. The impacts of volume fraction of ethanol, removal temperature, ratio of material to liquid, removal time and removal times on removal rate of carbohydrates were studied, and the removal conditions of carbohydrates were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal removal conditions of carbohydrates were obtained as follows:volume fraction of ethanol 55%, removal temperature 30?℃, ratio of material to liquid 1∶?8, removal time 50 min and removal times once. Under the optimal conditions, the removal rate of carbohydrates from soybean powder phospholipid was 90.64%. The identification result of HPLC turned out that the removed carbohydrates were mainly composed of sucrose, raffinose and stachyose. Their contents were 11.87%, 8.84% and 75.16% respectively. The three main carbohydrates were consistent with soybean oligosaccharides. |
