Abstract: |
Polyphenols from peony seed meal were extracted by ultrasound-assisted technology. The effects of ratio of liquid to material, ethanol volume fraction, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature on extraction quantity of polyphenols were studied by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions of polyphenols from peony seed meal were obtained as follows:ultrasonic power 300 W, ratio of liquid to material 20∶1, ultrasonic time 98 min, ethanol volume fraction 80% and ultrasonic temperature 50℃.Under the optimal conditions, the extraction quantity of polyphenols from peony seed meal was 17.42 mg/g. |
