The main components of P. massoniana, P. yunnanensis and P. koraiensis were analyzed, and P. massoniana was an ideal raw material for preparation of pine nut oil. The extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment based on single factor experiment, and the physicochemical properties of the pine nut oil obtained by centrifugation separation were determined. GC-MS was used to analyze the fatty acid composition of three species of pine nut oils of P. massoniana, P.yunnanensis and P.koraiensis. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: heating temperature 85?℃, centrifugation speed 6 500 r/min, centrifugation time 10 min. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of pine nut oil was 60.54% and the yield was 37.53%. The physicochemical indicators of pine nut oil were in line with the national standard of vegetable oil health. The qualitative analysis of linolenic acid and pinolenic acid standards showed that pinolenic acid was the primary linolenic acid in pine nut oil, and the relative contents of pinolenic acid in three kinds of pine nut oils were 2061%, 1935% and 15.65% respectively, in which the relative content of pinolenic acid in P. massoniana was the highest. |
