Abstract: |
A pretreatment method matching with gas chromatographic was found to high-efficiently analyze sn-2 fatty acid composition in oil. The effect of dosage of pancreatic lipase on the enzymolysis degree of triglyceride was investigated and the conditions of separation and purification of sn-2 monoacylglycerol in enzymatic hydrolysis product were optimized using a Florisil solid phase extraction column. The ability of Florisil solid phase extraction column separating sn-2 monoacylglycerol was analyzed by high temperature gas chromatography method. The results showed that the purity of sn-2 monoacylglycerol separated by Florisil solid phase extraction column could reach 95%. The sn-2 fatty acids compositions of seven kinds of common oils were analyzed by gas chromatography method, and the results showed that there was no significant differences between the compositions of sn-2 fatty acids obtained by Florisil solid phase extraction method and traditional thin layer chromatography (TLC). |
