Abstract: |
With morphine and 1-bromobutane as reactants, the n-butyl morpholinium hydrogen sulfate(\[Hnhm\]HSO4) ionic liquid was prepared firstly. The esterification of gallic acid and isoamyl alcohol to synthesize iso-amyl gallate was catalyzed by the ionic liquid. The reaction conditions of synthesis of iso-amyl gallate were optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the sequence of the factors influencing the esterification yield from high to low was:reaction temperature, reaction time, molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to gallic acid, dosage of catalyst. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows:reaction temperature 80?℃, molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to gallic acid 30∶?1, reaction time 50 min and dosage of catalyst 6%. Under these conditions, the esterification yield was 97.45%. The kinetics of esterification was analyzed and the activation energy and kinetic model were 4.91 kJ/mol and-dCAdt=5.22e-4.91RTC0.843A respectively. The antioxidant effects of iso-amyl gallate on eight kinds of biodiesels were excellent. The oxidative stability of Jatropha biodiesel could meet the national standard requirment when the dosage of iso-amyl gallate was 600 mg/kg. |
