Abstract: |
With 1,2-bis (3′-benzyl benzimidazole-yl) ethane hexafluorophosphate as auxiliary extraction agents, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate and dimethyl sulfoxide mixture as carrier and extraction solvent, common polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in oils were extracted. The impurities were removed by alkaline buffer and the contents of common polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were determined by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector. The results showed that the object showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.5-50 ng/mL. The recovery rates were 86.8%-92.5% with dosage of standard 1-50 ng/g and the relative standard deviations were 1.21%-2.54%. The method of determination of common polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in oils by ionic liquids-assisted extraction could replace the method of traditional solid-phase extraction. The method had advantages of easy operation, short test cycle and stable result, and it was suitable for batch determination. |
