Abstract: |
In order to investigate the contamination level of plasticizer in edible oils of plastic packaging in Yantai and preliminarily forecast the variation of migration content of plasticizer with storage time prolonging.16 types of phthalates esters (DEHP, DBP, etc)in 20 edible oils samples of plastic packaging from market, supermarket, and farmers’ market in Yantai were detected by GC-MS method according to GB/T 21911—2008 Determination of Phthalates Esters in Foods. And all samples were detected once per week at room temperature continuously for 12 weeks. The results showed that four types of phthalates esters (DIBP, DBP, DEHP and DINP) were detected with the maximum of 0.430-4.020 mg/kg. The detection rate of DEHP was the highest, 70.00%. The migration contents of DEHP, DBP and DIBP in samples increased gradually with storage time prolonging. The relationship between migration content and storage time of DIBP showed the logarithmic curve and the similar parabola curves for DEHP and DBP. The plasticizer could be migrated gradually to the edible oils from the plastic package at room temperature with storage time prolonging. The storage time should be prolonged to estimate the potential risk of migration and its influence factors. |
