Abstract: |
The conjugated linoleic acid-enriched phospholipid was prepared from soy lecithin and conjugated linoleic acid ethyl ester catalyzed by sodium methoxide. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of catalyst and molar ratio of conjugated linoleic acid ethyl ester to soy lecithin on the esterification reaction were investigated. The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions were obtained as follows:reaction temperature 130?℃, reaction time 3 h, catalyst amount 4% of the mass of soy lecithin, molar ratio of conjugated linoleic acid ethyl ester to soy lecithin 4∶?1. Under these conditions, the CLA content in the modified phospholipid was 59.23%, and the contents of c9,t11-CLA and t10,c12-CLA were about 27% and 29% respectively. |
