Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) is an important instrument to analyze the relationship between oil composition, physicochemical properties and heat flux, energy, which is widely used in the oil processing industry as well as in the oil products in-depth research. Temperature uniformity of the DSC furnace body directly affects the control precision of the oil temperature. If the sample can’t be accurately controlled in the specified temperature range, and uniformly heated, the accuracy of the analysis results will be affected. Therefore, aiming at the problem of temperature uniformity of DSC furnace body, the influence of distance between sample and reference on the temperature uniformity of furnace body was mainly studied. The simulation and experimental results showed that the smaller the distance between sample and reference, the better the temperature uniformity of the furnace body. At the same time, considering the thermal interference caused by the distance between sample and reference, the best distance between sample and reference was 12.5 mm. |
