Abstract:
      With crude pressed Jatropha oil as raw material, the refining process of crude Jatropha oil was studied by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that under the conditions of conversion agent dosage 0.14%, conversion temperature 60?℃, conversion time 25 min, complexing agent dosage 2.0%, complexing time 25 min, adsorbent agent dosage 4.0%, adsorbent temperature 100?℃ and adsorbent time 20 min, the impurities content in Jatropha oil significantly decreased, and the removal effect on impurity was very obvious in refining process.
