采用HFRR法对14种生物柴油及其原料油的润滑性能进行了分析研究。通过对花椒籽油生物柴油不同工况下润滑性能的测定分析,得出分析测定生物柴油润滑性能的试验温度为60?℃,箱内温度为22~24?℃、相对湿度为40%~50%最佳,能很好地弱化平均磨斑直径和校正磨斑直径偏差,减小环境对试验结果的影响。测试结果显示:14种生物柴油及其原料油的润滑性能有一定的差别,生物柴油的润滑性能差别较其原料油的润滑性能差别小;地沟油的校正磨斑直径在14种原料油中最大,而相应的地沟油生物柴油的校正磨斑直径在14种生物柴油中最小,且地沟油的校正磨斑直径大于地沟油生物柴油的校正磨斑直径;其他13种植物油脂的润滑性能优于其对应生物柴油的润滑性能。 |

The lubrication properties of 14 kinds of biodiesels and their raw oils were analyzed by HFRR. Through the determination and analysis of the lubrication performance of Chinese prickly ash oil biodiesel under different working conditions, the measurement conditions were obtained as follows: test temperature 60?℃, temperature inside the box 22-24?℃ and test humidity 40%-50%. Under these conditions, the deviation of average grinding spot diameter and corrected grinding spot diameter could be reduced, and the influence of the environment on the test results could be reduced. The results showed that the lubrication performances of 14 kinds of biodiesels and raw oils had some differences, and the lubrication performance difference of biodiesel was less than the lubrication performance difference of raw oil. The corrected grinding spot diameter of waste oil among 14 kinds of raw oils was the maximum, while the corresponding corrected grinding spot diameter of waste oil biodiesel among 14 kinds of biodiesels was the minimum. Meanwhile, the corrected grinding spot diameter of waste oil was greater than that of waste oil biodiesel. Additionally, the lubrication performances of the other 13 kinds of vegetable oils were superior to that of the corresponding biodiesels. |
