Abstract:
      The coix seed oil was extracted from coix seed from Gaoliang district, Shizong county in Yunnan province by pretreatment and supercritical CO2 extraction. The effects of extraction time, extraction temperature and extraction pressure on the extraction of coix seed oil were studied by L9（34）orthogonal experiment to optimize the extraction conditions of coix seed oil. In addition, the fatty acid composition of coix seed oil was determined by GC-MS. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of coix seed oil were obtained as follows: extraction temperature 45?℃, extraction pressure 25 MPa, extraction time 4 h. Under these conditions, the oil yield of coix seed was 7.704%. Coix seed oil was mainly composed of palmitic acid(14.11%), linoleic acid(30.38%), oleic acid (53.49%)and stearic acid(1.89%). The content of unsaturated fatty acid reached 83.87%.
