Abstract:
      As a kind of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, the oil content of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis is above 12%. Gardenia jasminoides Ellis oil contains rich unsaturated fatty acid, which is a kind of good nutrients. The chemical component, extraction process and function of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis oil were summarized so as to provide certain theoretical foundation and basis for the development of functional product of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis oil.
