Abstract: |
With oil consisted of different fatty acids and alcohol as raw materials, fatty acid ester was prepared by enzymatic alcoholysis in system of imidazolium based ionic liquids consisted of different anions. The influence of ionic liquids types on preparation of fatty acid ester was investigated. And the influence of major properties of ionic liquids on preparation of fatty acid ester was also explored. The results showed that the production of fatty acid ester was higher in ionic liquids based hydrophobic anions, and the influence of anions was apparent. The production of fatty acid ester had certain correlation with the properties of ionic liquids and it was the result of combined action. Getting rid of some special samples, the production of fatty acid ester generally decreased with the polarity (ENT) value and hydrogen-bond basicity (尾) increasing, and increased with the hydrophobicity (logP) value increasing. There was no significant correlation between the production of fatty acid ester and viscosity, but higher viscosity could affect the production of fatty acid ester. In addition, the results could apply to oils consisted of other fatty acids. |
