Abstract: |
Pd nanoparticles catalyst stabilized by F127 were prepared, and were used to catalyze the hydrogenation of methyl oleate to prepare stearyl alcohol. The results showed that the catalytic system Pd/F127 had high catalytic activity and good stability, as well as, easy to be separated from products and recycled availably. The better reaction conditions were obtained as follows: dosage of methyl oleate 3.0 g, dosage of catalytic system Pd/F127 (mass fraction of Pd 0.36%, m(Pd)∶?m(F127)=1∶?25) 6.0 g, reaction temperature 230?℃, hydrogen pressure 6 MPa and reaction time 8 h. Under these conditions, the hydroxyl value and iodine value of the product were 173.3 mgKOH/g and 10.5 gI/100 g, respectively. The Pd/F127 distributed uniformly and the average particle size of Pd nanoparticles was 2.36 nm. Otherwise, the separated catalytic system of Pd nanoparticles stabilized by triblock copolymer F127 had better catalytic activity when it was reused for five times without treatment. |
