Abstract: |
In order to obtain the qualified fatty acid ester diesel antiwear agent(content of saturated fatty acid ester not more than 2.5%), saturated fatty acid ester was removed from biodiesel by freezing crystallization method. The effects of freezing temperature, stirring speed, freezing mode and composition of raw material on the removal of saturated fatty acid methyl ester were investigated. The results showed that high stirring speed could result in production of fine particles, and it was difficult in solid-liquid separation. The freezing temperature was related to the content of methyl palmitate in raw material. When the content of methyl palmitate in raw material was less than 1.2%, the product meeting the requirement of antiwear agent was obtained at the freezing temperature -5?℃. When the content of methyl palmitate in raw material was more than 1.2%, it should be treated at the freezing temperature-20?℃.The gradual cooling crystallization method could improve the removal efficiency of saturated fatty acid methyl ester and the yield of fatty acid methyl ester, and the product obtained at -15?℃ could meet the requirement of antiwear agent. |
