Abstract:
In order to select superior clones of Camellia Oleifera, oil content of 38 superior clones of Camellia Oleifera seeds and kernels in Yuping were examined by NMR method and fatty acid composition and content of the Soxhlet extracted Camellia Oleifera kernel oil were determined by GC-MS/MS method. The results showed that oil contents of seeds and kernels of MZ-3, YP-1, 6-57,6-48 and GY were above 41% and 56% respectively. Six kinds of fatty acids were detected from Camellia Oleifera kernel oil, which were palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and arachidoinc acid. The oleic acid content of more than 83% of strains were 5-35,5-37,6-49,XL-210 and YP-1. It not only provided scientific basis for the selection of superior clones of Camellia Oleifera in Yuping, but also provided reference for the processing and utilization of Camellia Oleifera seed oil.
