Abstract:
      Broken Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. seed kernel was grinded with sand, then the oil was extracted by petroleum ether. Rotary evaporation was used to remove all of the petroleum ether. The results showed that the precision, accuracy and durability could meet the requirements of the experiment. The ratio of saturated fatty acid to monounsaturated fatty acid to polyunsaturated fatty acid was 0.16∶?0.99∶?1, which meant that the oil was beneficial to human health. The carbon numbers of the fatty acids were mainly from 16 to 18, close to petroleum diesel, which meant that the oil could be used to prepare biodiesel.
