| Abstract: |
| Contents of benzo(a)pyrene in wood-pressed rapeseed oils from the market were studied.Sources and migration of benzo(a)pyrene in wood-pressed rapeseed oil from material, process and static storage were analyzed. The results showed that the content of benzo(a)pyrene of one sample of commercial twelve kinds of wood-pressed rapeseed oils exceeded(GB 2716—2005). The sources of benzo(a)pyrene were analyzed as follows:pollution of smoke in processing environment, excessive roasting, pollutions of processing contact and additives. The control measures were strict control of rapeseed material transportation and storge process, moderate roasting, rigorous selection of processing contact and additives, keeping ventilation and strict partition to avoid smoke pollution. |
