      通过3种方法研究调整稻米油生物柴油的组成对其低温流动性的改善,一是向稻米油中加入菜籽油,二是向甲醇中添加支链醇,三是向稻米油中加入石化柴油。结果表明:3种方法均能有效改善生物柴油的低温流动性;在稻米油中加入一定量的菜籽油后,生物柴油的脂肪酸组成发生了改变,饱和脂肪酸甲酯含量减少,不饱和脂肪酸甲酯中的亚麻酸甲酯含量增加,当菜籽油添加量为30%时,生物柴油的低温流动性最好;在甲醇中添加支链醇后,生物柴油中棕榈酸甲酯含量大幅度减少,支链酯含量很少,生物柴油的低温流动性提高;在稻米油中加入一定量的石化柴油后,混合燃料的产率有所下降,生物柴油的低温流动性得到有效改善,当煤直接液化柴油的添加量为70%时,混合燃料的冷滤点低至-19?℃。

      Cold flow properties of rice bran oil biodiesel were improved by changing composition using three methods, such as adding rapeseed oil to rice bran oil, adding branched chain alcohols to methanol, and adding petroleum diesel to rice bran oil. The results showed that the three methods all could effectively improve cold flow properties of biodiesel. After adding rapeseed oil to rice bran oil, the fatty acid composition of biodiesel was changed, content of saturated fatty acid methyl esters lowered and methyl linolenate content increased, which improved cold flow properties of biodiesel. Especially, cold flow properties of biodiesel were the best when dosage of rapeseed oil was 30%. After adding branched chain alcohols to methanol, methyl palmitate content lowered sharply and branched chain esters content was low, which improved cold flow properties of biodiesel. After adding petroleum diesel to rice bran oil, yield of blend fuels reduced and cold flow properties of biodiesel were improved. Cold filter plugging points of blend fuels lowered to -19?℃ when 70% diesel from direct coal liquefaction was added to rice bran oil.
