Abstract:
      SD rats were fed with soybean formulated oil containing DHA algae oil, and then morphological structures of cerebral cortex and retina of SD rat were observed by ultrathin sectioning technique. The results showed that soybean formulated oil containing DHA algae oil had the positive effect on the development of cerebral cortex of SD rat, and it was beneficial to the integrity of morphological structure of retina in a suitable range. While soybean formulated oil containning high content of DHA led to incomplete structure of retina of SD rat.
