      为了降低丝裂霉素C(MMC)在治疗翼状胬肉时经角膜吸收所导致的副作用，将其与DHA偶联为前药DHA-MMC。经离体角膜透过性实验及体外释放实验，结果发现：增大的相对分子质量可阻断MMC的角膜吸收，以避免其眼内副作用；MMC可以前药（DHA-MMC）形式积聚在眼表后逐渐释放MMC以产生活性。
英文摘要:
      In order to reduce the side effects of mitomycin C(MMC) by corneal absorption in the treatment of pterygium,the prodrug DHA-MMC was preparaed by chemical coupling with DHA and MMC. The results of the corneal permeability experiment and in vitro release experiment showed that increased relative molecular weight could block MMCs corneal absorption, so as to avoid its ocular side effects. The prodrug DHA-MMC could amass in ocular surface and then release the MMC to generate activity.
