Abstract:
      Flavonoids are natural polyphenol antioxidants in plants, which have significant effect on the prevention of cardiovascular disease, immune regulation, anti-cancer, regulation of endocrine system, antibacterial, anti-virus, etc. The composition, structure and physicochemical property of flavonoids in main oil plants such as soybean, peanut and rapeseed in China were summarized. The applications of some extraction methods in flavonoids extraction were introduced emphatically, such as organic solvent extraction, ultrasound-assisted extraction, microwave-assisted extraction and supercritical fluid extraction. And its research status, extraction principle, advantage and disadvantage were analyzed in order to provide a reference for the further study and application of flavonoids in oil plants.
