Abstract:
      The oils in oil sunflower seed and normal sunflower seed samples from main producing areas in China were extracted, and the triglycerides compositions and contents of two types of sunflower seed oils were determined and compared. The results indicated that two types of sunflower seed oils were composed of 14 kinds of triglycerides, and the total contents of LLL, OLL, PLL, OOL, SLL+OPL, OOO and OLS were above 91%. The triglyceride content ranges of two types of sunflower seed oils showed completely inclusion or staggered overlapping relationship, except for SSL+POS, the difference in triglyceride content in oil sunflower seed oil was more significant than that in normal sunflower seed oil.
