Abstract: |
Triglycerides structure of hemp seed oil was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry (MS). 15 chromatographic peaks were separated in hemp seed oil, and the separation degree was satisfied. Through analyzing quasi-molecular ion and fragment ions losing a fatty acid, 22 triglycerides were identified in hemp seed oil. At the same time, the quantitative analysis results showed that the highest triglyceride content in hemp seed oil obtained by pressing and aqueous enzymatic extraction was LLnLn (19.86% and 20.81%), followed by LLLn (19.72% and 19.39%), PLLn (12.87% and 12.41%) and LLL +OLLn (10.82% and 10.33%), and the major part accounted for over 60% of the hemp seed oil triglycerides. This study offered a theoretical basis for the processing and quality analysis of hemp seed oil. |
