Abstract:
      As a result of the growing environmental awareness, new environmental friendly materials become a hot research topic. With good biodegradability and barrier properties，soybean protein films become one of the suitable substitutes for petroleum based high polymer materials. The types, preparation methods and affecting factors of soybean protein composite films were reviewed in order to provide reference for further research on soybean protein composite material.
