Abstract: |
The oil in corn starch residue was extracted by subcritical fluid. With the oil as raw material, the biodiesel was prepared by pre-esterification and alcoholysis reaction. The results showed that the optimal conditions of subcritical fluid extraction of oil in corn starch residue were obtained as follows: extraction temperature 40℃, each extraction time 40 min, ratio of material to liquid 1∶2 and extraction three times. Under these conditions, the oil yield was 46.68%. The optimal conditions of pre-esterification were obtained as follows: in vacuum condition, reaction temperature 190℃, glycerol dosage 175% (based on theoretical dosage), catalyst dosage 2% (based on oil mass) and reaction time 3 h. After pre-esterification, the biodiesel was obtained by alcoholysis reaction, and the yield of fatty acid methyl ester in alcoholysis reaction was 95.21%. |
