Abstract: |
In order to establish a rapid determination method of the iodine value of edible vegetable oil, the spectral information of 482 edible vegetable oil samples were collected by MPA FT-NIR spectrometer which provided by Bruker Co.. Furthermore, the chemical reference values of iodine value were detected by GB/T 5532—2008. The OPUS 7.0 software was used to develop model, and the optimal parameters of the model were studied using cross validation method. The results showed that the root mean square error of cross validation(RMSECV), correlation coefficient (R2), mean value of predicted deviation (MVPD), relative analysis deviation (RPD) and offset were 0.824, 0.998 9, 0.65%, 29.7 and 0.004 34, respectively. The optimal spectral region was 9 403.8-7 498.4 cm-1.The model for rapid determination of iodine value of edible vegetable oil was feasible. |
