Abstract: |
Polysaccharide was extracted from flaxseed shell by ultrasound-assisted extraction method. Based on single factor experiment, with the yield of polysaccharide as response value, the extraction conditions were optimized by four factors and three levels response surface methodology. The ultrasound-assisted extraction method was compared with hot water extraction method. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharide from flaxseed shell were determined as follows: ultrasonic power 80 W, ultrasonic temperature 56℃,liquid-solid ratio 49∶1, ultrasonic time 21 min and extraction times twice. Under these conditions, the yield of polysaccharide from flaxseed shell was 2.70%. Compared with hot water extraction method, ultrasound-assisted extraction method had advantages of low energy consumption, high yield, and short extraction time. |
